Topic:	In order to troubleshoot this issue with you we will require more information. What error message are you getting when you attempt to load the picture? Please keep in mind our system will only upload .gif or .jpg images. If you attempt to upload a .bmp file it will not work. Another common reason for picture upload failure is that the picture is too large. Both of these issues can be solved very easily. In your start menu go to programs > accessories > paint. In the paint program open your picture. If the picture is too large click the menu Image > attributes. You can adjust the size here. If the image is in a non-compatible format you can click File > save as and save it as a .jpg or .gif.
